Avatar suggestion

Currently we have limited avatars that we can use.
And I understand that it's to prevent misuse of inappropriate pictures.

My suggestion is to allow custom avatars (that pass both content and size rules) by submitting them to a Mod or admin and then, if approved, can be chosen.


The Avatar I like to use is either one of the following:

It is for now, but as soon as I am done doing the subscriptions/Donators group...this will not be the case...
