Kampmann was doing good on the feet until Leties landed a bomb that drops Kampmann. Leties follows up with ground and pound but Kampmann eventually escapes and gets back standing. Kampmann is bleeding from the nose. They trade, nothing big happens. In the clinch, Leites gets Kampmann down and secures mount. Kampmann gets a better position, transitioning into half guard. Round 2: Round opens with a two punch combo from Leties. He's pushing the action on the feet now. Kampmann is working leg kicks, but not really doing much damage. Another overhand right from Leties. Kampmann lands a good body kick. Kampmann nulls one of Leties' takedown attempts. Kampmann now lands an overhand right of his own and misses with follow up kicks. Kampmann lands a huge left that stuns Leties momentarily. Leites is now bleeding from the nose. Kampmann is having the better round. Kampmann finishes the round with another overhand right. 10-9 for Kampmann, probably even going into the third and final round.

Round 3: Kampmann telling Leites, trying to keep the fight on the feet. In the clinch, Kampmann scores with a knee to the body. The fight hits the ground, but Kampmann stands it right back up. A left from Kampmann drops Leites. Kampmann tries to follow up, but Leites tries for an armbar underneath. Kampmann pulls out and both get back to their feet. Good round so far. Kampmann lands a series of left hands. Also lands a knee to the face. Leites is bleeding bad. Another overhand right from Kampmann. Leites goes to the ground and Kampmann lands a good punch. More knees and punches from Kampmann. Probably going to be Kampmann winning 2-1 as the round ends.

Martin Kampmann def. Thales Leites via Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-27, 29-27) after 3 Rounds.

Fight #2:
-Charles McCarthy vs. Gideon Ray

Round 1: Round opens with a feel out process. Ray lands a good body kick. Not a lot of action early. Ray landing kicks occassionally. Ray lands a right punch. Ray does a super man punch and knee. McCarthy responds with a knee of his own. Not an exciting round so far. McCarthy gets Ray down and gains side control. McCarthy works for an armbar, gets it, and Ray is forced to tap out.

Charles McCarthy def. Gideon Ray via Submission (armbar) at 4:43 of Round 1.

Fight #3:
-Scott Smith vs. Pete Sell

Round 1: Round opens with Smith landing an overhand right. Smith working his kicks. Both fighters exchange, both doing about the same amount of damage. Sell lands a leg kick, while Smith retaliates with a head kick. The two fighters exchange a "high-five" during the round and smile. Sell lands with an overhand right of his own. The two get into a clinch and up against the fence, where Sell uses some foot stomps. The two get some space between them, and are back in the middle of the octagon. Sell slips on his own, and once back normal the two exchange. Both guys are bleeding and brawling when close enough. Smith lands a big overhand right that stuns Sell, gets into a thai clinch and lands a big knee. After that, a big punch to the jaw. Looking like a Smith round.

Round 2: Round two opens with the two having a slight feel out process. Smith lands another big right to the face of Sell early. Sell is going forward, but not doing much but stalking. Sell lands two good combos with the hands, and finishes with a solid uppercut. Both in the middle of the cage now, Sell lands two good left hands, the first of which stunned Smith for a moment. Sell lands a very good body punch that has Smith reeling and going down, Sell goes in to finish but Smith launches a hail mary punch that lands perfectly, knocking out Sell and ending the bout getting the referee stoppage. Smith looks to be suffering from a rib injury.

Scott Smith def. Pete Sell via KO (punch) at 2:25 of Round 2.

Fight #4:
-Pete Spratt vs. Jeremy Jackson

Round 1: Round opens with Jackson missing a big punch. Spratt working leg kicks early. The two exchange knees in close. Jackson is trying for a takedown, but fails. Jackson looks now to want the fight on the ground. The two clinch up and Jackson pulls guard. Jackson gets on Spratt's back. Spratt gets out and stands back up. Jackson jumps into guard again and Spratt is landing punches. The two get back to the feet and Jackson misses a takedown. Jackson does get him down, and is working on top within Spratt's guard. He gains half guard and is working for side control. The two scramble on the floor and Spratt regains full guard. Jackson goes for a leg lock and ends up gaining side control instead. Jackson goes for mount, but winds up in Spratt's guard. Round ends. Probably 10-9 Jackson.

Round 2: Round two begins with Spratt moving forward and Jackson tries a takedown. The two are up against the fence and out of nowhere Jackson taps on Spratt's leg, seemingly for no reason (seemingly) and the fight is over. It's an apparent neck injury.

Pete Spratt def. Jeremy Jackson via Submission (injury) at 1:11 of Round 2.

LIVE TV RESULTS (more detailed):

Fight #5:
-Jorge Rivera vs. Edwin Dewees

Round 1: Fight starts with a small feel out process. Rivera with some leg kicks. Eventually, half way through the round Rivera had Dewees reeling with a vicious striking onslaught. Soon thereafter, Dewees does the exact same thing. Rivera stuns Dewees shortly afterwards and with Dewees in the four point position, Rivera finishes the deal with strikes. Dewees wasn't happy with the stoppage.

Jorge Rivera def. Edwin Dewees via TKO (strikes) at of 2:37 Round 1.

Fight #6:
-Din Thomas vs. Rich Clementi

Round 1: Great first round, probably a Thomas round. Lots of big punches from Thomas - a few that rocked Clementi. Although Clementi was doing good with kicks, nearly landing two high with Din's hands not being up enough. The round ends with Clementi getting a takedown, but not enough.

Round 2: Another good round. Thomas dominates on the feet hurting Clementi with big bombs multiple times. Finish came when Thomas finally tried a takedown and got mount immediately, finishing when Clementi rolled to his back and Thomas secured the rear naked choke forcing the tap out.

Din Thomas def. Rich Clementi via Submission (rear naked choke) at 3:11 of Round 2.

Fight #7:
-Patrick Cote vs. Travis Lutter (TUF 4 MW Final)

One-sided quick fight. Lutter took some time but got him down, and in half guard. Eventually after some scrambling Lutter almost got his back, but didn't get both hooks. In another scramble, Lutter got the leg over the head and pulled back on the arm for the submission via armbar in round one.

Travis Lutter def. Patrick Cote via Submission (armbar) at 2:43 of Round 1 to become the Ultimate Fighter 4 Middleweight winner.

Fight #8:
-Matt Serra vs. Chris Lytle (TUF 4 WW Final)

Round 1: Close first round, pretty good. In close, Serra was using foot stomps. On the ground, Serra was always underneath, but Lytle wasn't doing much on top. Fight ended on the feet with nothing much happening.

Round 2: Decent round, close again but probably towards Lytle. Missed some of round one, but I'm told by friends Serra looked to have done better. From what I seen, no one was better than the other in round one from what I saw. Round two was slight edge to Lytle, even though they're calling it close. So, if that's all correct - it's tied going into the last round, being the last fight - with the most noticeable star from this season's show too. What's that mean? Phone calls, instant messages, etc. to turn this on to see how it ends since it's all on this round. What's that mean? Good ratings.

Round 3: Decent final round, Serra looked to have taken control early. But later on, Lytle controlled the action and won more of the round than Serra. 2-1 Lytle if my friends are right, could even be 3-0 depending on the action I missed. If it's tied, they've got a rule where it goes to one more sudden death fourth round.

Matt Serra def. Chris Lytle via Split Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) after 3 Rounds to become the Ultimate Fighter 4 Welterweight winner.
