Welcome to our newest member Freestyler! Please make yourself at home and let us know if you need anything or have any suggestions for the site.
MMA World is a very diverse place. There is a lot to do here - the trick is just knowing where to look. Make sure to check the extras drop down in the navbar for some of things that we offer.

Thank you both for welcoming me. I have been looking for a forum like this for a while now, and yours stands out the most. You all seem like you want to help each other as much as you can.
Again, Thank you,

Seems like there is loads to learn. I am a firm believer that you can never learn enough. I got my start in Martial Arts almost 15 years ago... If you can call it a start: 2-1-1. I adopted a bad right knee in the process. Since then I have tore tendons, fractured my knee cap, and blew out cartilidge, all in a small time frame (about the last 4 years). I am ready to get started fresh again. I am going to get a friend of mine to register here. He is still young enough to do the things I should have, and he has 100 times the drive that I had at his age.

Glad to hear you say that. That is exactly what this forum is all about. We are dedicated to growing the site, but keeping it a community of friendly people. Well, as much as possible....every community has that crazy lady down the street, the guy that won't mow his lawn, etc...:D

You all seem like you are laid back. I think this is the first forum that I have ever seen, where someone didn't jump on you and start flaming the second you register.
I love to joke around... makes the days go by smoother. (especially when it is about someone else *cough* boo *cough*) j/k
If I get to posting too much, just let me know.... I have nothing better to do through the day for a while.

I was actually just checking out different websites dealing with MMA, and this one came up on Google, with an article/post of some sort. I read it and liked what I saw, so here I am.
Honestly I have no idea what the article/post was about.

Thanks. I ask because I've got links on some websites and I wonder if it's doing any good. I just put one on a Midwest website so I thought maybe...

@Freestyler
No it was a site out of Des Moines that has a lot of fighters and promoters on it.
I'm not familiar with the HealthPoint Plaza site. We should exchange some Midwest URLs.

Thanks for letting me know. It really helps to know what is working and what isn't.
So why didn't ya give me the reference huh??? Didn't want to admit you knew me or what? Should I be offended?

[Only registered and activated users can see links]
This is where I started looking. The second statement down in yellow is the gentleman that I am working with now. Come to find out, he and my father where best friends through school. His name is Stass Huff.
Maybe that site can help you out with urls. Seems fairly easy to navigate.
Hope I was a little help.
