Yeah I hear you there. I am not convinced that he will be as good in the NFL as the PAC 10. He is a great coach, but coaching NFL is way different than college.

Carroll has a chance to succeed in the NFL this time around, because the NFC West isn't that great of a division, so you have an easier time to the playoffs. Niners are the only team in that division I really see improving. They just seem to get better and better under Singletary. Cards need to get a successor to Warner, who is rumored to retire after this season. Leinart has looked like crap in the NFL so far. The last team is the Rams. They had 1 win and are the worst team in football.
