Speculation so far as it hasn't been announced by the UFC yet, but:
Jacob Volkmann drops to lightweight, meets Ronys Torres at UFC Fight Night 21:
Former welterweight Jacob Volkmann (9-2 MMA, 0-2 UFC) is dropping to lightweight and meets Ronys Torres (14-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC) next month at UFC Fight Night 21.
Volkmann today announced the fight via his Twitter account, though Ultimate Fighting Championships officials have made no official announcement.
With the main card of the March 31 Spike TV event already full, Volkmann vs. Torres is likely to be part of the preliminary card of the show, which takes place at Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, N.C.
Volkmann, a Minnesota Martial Arts Academy fighter who's also a practicing board-licensed chiropractor, finds himself in a must-win situation. While the UFC drops most fighters after a 0-2 start, Volkmann gets a third shot at his first UFC win.
The 29-year-old opened his career with a 9-0 record (with seven submissions wins), which included a Brabo-choke submission victory over Kevin Knabjian at a May 2009 Bellator event. However, since joining the UFC, Volkmann has dropped a decision to Paulo Thiago and suffered a submission defeat to Martin Kampmann during his most recent bout at UFC 108.
Torres, meanwhile, returns for the first time since a tough-fought decision loss to Melvin Guillard in January at UFC 109. Making his UFC debut, the Brazilian Nova União team member often forced the fight to the mat but could never finish the quickly improving Guillard.
Torres, 24, posted a 14-1 record and earned eight straight victories in organizations such as Jungle Fight and Shooto Brazil to earn his UFC contract in 2009.

This could be good for Volkmann. He's a super good grappler, but his stand up is raw. he's only been training for like 3 years. His two losses in the UFC were to top 15 (if not top 10) WW's. He won the World Grappling Championships at 80kg (which is 176 lbs!!), so he'll be much more comfortable as a LW. I hope his hands are quick enough, but we'll see. I'm super excited!

COLE MILLER OUT OF MARCH 31 FIGHT NIGHT
An injury has forced Cole Miller out of his scheduled bout against Andre Winner set for March 31 in North Carolina.
The change was initially reported by MMAJunkie.com, and sources close to the fight have confirmed the news independently to MMAWeekly.com on Friday.
After suffering loss to Efrain Escudero last year, Miller bounced back with an impressive showing over Dan Lauzon at UFC 108, submitting the Massachusetts fighter with a kimura in the first round.
A member of American Top Team, Miller suffered a hand injury in the fight with Lauzon, but it's unknown at this time if that was the same problem that will keep him out of his March fight or not.
At this time, Andre Winner has not received a new opponent, but with over a month until the fight is scheduled, the UFC may be able to find a suitable replacement.
Stay tuned to MMAWeekly.com for more information on the March 31 Fight Night card as it becomes available.
please dont let this card go to **** as this will be my first live ufc event

^I doubt it will. Even if one of the fights on the main card gets canceled, there are 2-3 fights on the prelims that are main card worthy.
