Event Fight Card Organization Changes on forum

If you would, please take a look in the "UFC forum" and also the subforum "Ultimate Fight Night News." There are new stickys for the upcoming events.

These are only for FIGHT CARDS. If you have an update for an event just add it to the stickied thread for that event. Either myself or one of the moderators will update the FIRST post in that thread to reflect the new information.



WHY - I wanted to give this a try because there are constant updates to the fight cards. With the events coming so close together I'm starting to find it difficult to keep them all straight as to which is the most current. If someone posts in an older thead, we can easily think that is the current card.

This way, we all know where the updates go, and can easily find the latest.

I will also set up the Pride section in this manner. The others will follow.

When the event is over the thread will be "unstuck."

So whatcha all think?

Yes the most recent post will be the most current, but the first post will be EDITED to reflect the most current information.


The RECENT post that you add may have information in it other than just the fight card. It might have something about the new person that's being added or about why someone was pulled from the card. That is why I want to edit the first post to keep it current. If someone ONLY wants to know the card, they can just look at that first post.

It's OK to still add comments on the fight card in that thread too.

This is a good idea, it makes alot of sense to do it this way.
