new look for a few things

Well,

This was kind of a pain, but I like the out come...

I made the usercp a menu with options for easier access, and when you view your usercp you will notice that the left side where everything was housed is now more organized and collapsible and hopefully easier for everyone to use. I hope you enjoy :) and find it useful.
