Fantasy MMA Draft...

Hey guys,

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this, so I'll just put it here...

I was thinking we should have a type of fantasy mma draft sort of thing, you know to pass the time between ppv's and what not.

So here's my suggestion: For each big ppv (UFC, PRIDE, & K-1) we will hold an event between players. I think it would be more fun with a tourney style, with members picking their fighters and putting against the chosen fighters of another member, the 2 people with the most wins in the season will put their chosen fighters against the other. A season will be 8 ppvs.

Members who choose to participate will have to pick one fighter from each universal weight class. For Instance...

HW:
LHW:
MW:
WW:
LW:

In order for us to limit ourselves from picking the best fighters in each weight class (Such as choosing:HW:Fedor LHW:Shogun MW:A. Silva WW:GSP LW:Gomi) we will only be able to choose two top tens total, with the other three fighters being lower class fighters. Such a team would be:

HW: Cro Cop (top 10)
LHW: Forrest Griffen
MW: "Ninja" Rua
WW: Matt Hughes (top 10)
LW: Jens Pulver

(This is coincidently my team)

Now, for deciding winners:

For each ppv the member will make bets...such as fighter, round, method. For each correct guess the member will get 5 points, the person with the most overall points wins.

I will add more if more decide to join.
