Elbow from Guard

Here is a nice elbow strike for the guard position. First saw Yves Edwards teaching it to one of his fighters in Florida
Step 1

Cole is in my guard, my right hand controls his left arm as my left hand is on his head
Step 2

I lift my left arm up and circle my elbow to the inside of Cole's head
Step 3

I push my left forearm into Cole's head until I feel him push back against my arm
Step 4

As he pushes back, I lift my left forearm and catch him with my right elbow as his face pops in from the momentum.
