Here's a link to the video. Sloppy standup but a good fight all around. ([Only registered and activated users can see links])

Yeah, I know what you mean. I think he really is that way, strange I mean. He's not just faking it to seem different the way Diego Sanchez did in TUF 1. Corey has a ton of potential. He'll be fun to watch in the future.

I'll admit the guy is a little "out there" but he, at least, behaved in the house and confined his fighting to the octagon. He does'nt seem much stranger than some other fighters in the UFC IMO. He was winning that fight and Diaz did not seem to know what to do with him until Corey dropped his head down and stuck his neck out trying to punch him.

By strange I meant "out there". You are right, he has shown a lot of character throughout the show. I look forward to him competing in the octagon after being trained by a great camp. He has raw talent. He didn't lose the fight to Diaz because Diaz got lucky. He lost because Diaz is, at this point, is a better fighter.

I saw this fight on TV, but I just wanted to comment on it a bit. I was surprised by how Corey pretty much dominated Nate with his striking. Nate is a very good boxer, and normally has a size advantage over other LW. I think he felt intimidated by Hill's size and strength. His skill eventually won the fight in the end.

I can't wait to see the next episode where Nate and Karo get into it. I wonder what set it off, because they seemed cool with eachother before that.

Yeah, I was hoping they'd have showed it last episode, but I guess not. Should be interesting.

Corey has now been offered the opportunity to train at two good camps, Horn and Pulver. If "The Natual" offers, if I was Corey, I would jump on it.

The standup surprised me too. That extra height and reach advantage must be intimidating. I guess Nate isn't used to dealing with that. It will be interesting to see how much that will come into play further in Corey's career.

I was impressed with how well Corey took the defeat. He seemed delighted with the fight and was grinning even after he got caught in the sub. Must have just been happy with his performance.

As to Corey's "strangeness".... I say, keep doing it dude. If that keeps him mentally strong, whatever works man, whatever works.

Both Nate and Karo are hotheads, so it probably didn't take much to set them off. My guess is it had something to do with the possibility that Nate and Manny will be fighting each other. Someone probably made a comment about it. Both of them could stand to turn down the machismo a couple notches.

BTW, I was really looking forward to seeing this episode and there I was stuck in a hotel room and discovered THEY DIDN'T HAVE SPIKE. What a relief that someone told me where to find a stream and I caught it on my laptop. Why is it that the better the hotel, the worse the channel selection? Seriously, that's what I have noticed.

After seeing the tease with Karo and Nate Diaz arguing, how cool would it be if Nick Diaz showed up for this week's episode? Now THAT would make for some good spontaneous and REAL reality TV.

The simple fact that Karo is there has me excited for this weeks episode. I hope he does some training with one or both of the teams.

I think Nate is an idiot for stepping up to Karo. I am waiting to see what happened before passing judgement but I think (know) Karo would destroy Nate in a fight.

Truth! Nate's good, but he's no Karo. I sure hope Karo keeps actually training for his fights. He said he actually trained for his last fight. Let's hope he's learned the "skill alone won't cut it anymore" lesson.

BJ Penn taught me that lesson long ago.

As long as Karo stays with Couture he will be fine I think.

BTW rumor is that Corey Hill went to Bettendorf to train with Militech.

That is what I was thinking. He could learn something about everything and he appears to have the tools and desire to be very good.

You may have heard that from me Mastiff, but it's not a rumor. A couple weeks ago I heard with my own two ears Jens say that Corey was currently training with him.

I bet it was you but I didn't have a source so I called it a rumor. Anytime I can't remember where I hear something I call it a rumor so I don't get slammed for not having a source. lol

did you also tell me that he hurt/broke a rib and won't be on the finale? heard that too but can't remember where.
