What are some good exercises that help your better to be a better BJJ master?

well, the first thing is get limber. Your body needs to be flexible to help with positons in the art.
You can also jump rope and do body weight exercises such as pushups, situps, leg lifts etc :) just to name a few.

thanks, thats exactly what i wanted, i like using my body weight, instead of weights.

Do alot of "core" exercises to work out your upper and lower abbs, oblique, pecs. Your cardio is next most important like brvheart said jumping rope, running, sprinting, jumping jacks, sumo squats, heel kicks etc all are good exercises. The next thing is to go to a gym (sorry) your back and legs need to be strong, as well as your forearms. Forearms are the #1 most underworked musle i can think of in a BBJ or MMA fighter. Its easy to forget...but when you want to control someone from the top or bottom, your pecs, back, neck, shoulder, tricep, bicep, and forearm all play equal parts. The forearm is your grip strenght. and finally and probally the most important is balance. You can get a large balance ball to use. But you have to have this part of the game, or else youll be swept and tossed and thrown all day long.
