Hi Fiends,
I am new here, I’m unable to discover the high performance strength and conditioning secrets that thousands of wrestlers world-wide are using to dominate their competition. Please let me know if you know any resource where I can improve my mat performance.
Any suggestion will be appreciated!

I don't believe only one source for this is enough. Train hard and always be on the lookout for new things to learn

Good luck mang it is more than just being a great wrestler unless that is what you are striving for is JUST wrestling then you can learn new things and tweak them. But as soon as you learn or get good at one aspect something new is going to be thrown in the twist it is mainly about conditioning and strengthining your core. I will research a bit and see what might turn up. even look up some stuff on BJJ as it will help on your ground game and can't hurt. Practice is key also

I agree with Python, try some BJJ. Haven't heard one person that has tried BJJ act dissapointed (myself included)

I agree with everyone so far. You'll learn more about your ground game when you leanr more about how other sports view thier ground game. Even learning standup theory can help with your ground game. But like someone else said- there is no ONE source- and even masters learn from their students. Challenge yourself on and off the mat. Make good choices and sculpt yourself in your image. One huge tip- try and practice with people better than you. If you're light wrestle with heavy weights 30% of the time- if you're heavy- practice with lighter wieghts. DRILL DRILL DRILL - and eat right. That's my motto (so icecream and Red Bull are not good choices; which is what I am eating right now).
