S, I am with you on this. The Giants held to a 38 to 35 lose and the Giants appear to have gotten better and there have been more teams the Pats have been squeken by.
Giants baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I smell an upset!!!
Oh yeah!!!
I told all my friends that the Giants would beat Tampa Bay, no one believed me. The Giants won.
I told all my friends that the Giants would beat the Cowboys. They laughed, but the Giants won.
I told them that the Giants would beat Brett Faver and the Green Bay Packers. They laughed even harder, but the Giants won and I won 5 dollars. :)
So now I'm going to tell everyone that the Giants will beat the Patriots in the superbowl. They'll laugh, but the Giants will come out on top.
Come on Eli, don't let your big brother down!
i said all along... if the giants get to the playoffs they will be in the super bowl. As much as i would have like to see farve play in the super bowl and beat tom brady and then retire... there was NO WAY i was goin to go aginst My Team! If the giants hadn't made the playoffs i would been greenbay all the way, and the Pats. have to lose... or we'll never hear the end of the 07-08 pats goin totally undefeated in the reg. season, post season and superbowl, and who better to play them then the team that has been the closest to beating them! Oh, and i hear Tom Brady is limping around the past 2 days saying its nothen, its nothen.... could he be hurt?? We can only hope!
If they count the postseason, we should go ahead and count the preseason. So the pats are now 19-4. Yeah!
Its kind of weird to know that Eli Manning will get his superbowl ring in a shorter time than it took Peyton. I'm a huge Peyton Manning fan.
But I like Eli. They only lost by 3 in their first game against the Patriots. More of a moral victory for them. They have nothing to lose, but Brady and the patriots do.
I can see it now.
"Perfect season, nightmare ending."
Tom Brady plays nightmare game in superbowl, throwing forty-five interceptions and getting sacked twenty-two times in their loss to the Giants.
Eli Manning on the other hand played a stellar game, completing all of his passes and throwing fourteen touchdowns, along with three rushing tuchdowns...
