Whats up guys I haven't posted in awhile so I thought I would change that. Not sure if anyone is interested or not but if you are trying to lose some of that unwanted weight I can tell you how I have been managing to do it. I used to have an incredibly fast metabolism but it started to catch up with me a little bit and I managed to get up around the 205 mark. Well my plan is to get down to the 185 range and be in the middleweight class. Well in 2 weeks I have managed to lose 9 pounds and am down to 196 and still going. And to tell you the truth it is due to 2 things: Cardio and Eating right. I have been working out 6 days a week and everyday I start my workouts with running for 30 minutes then about 25 min of lifting a specific body part with circuit training style. And then i finish my workout with 10 to 15 min of weighted jump rope. On top of all of this I have stopped eating out all together (which is very important) and just been eating protein rich food, eliminating that fatty foods, and not eating right before I go to bed. If you can manage to just eat better and add that cardio into your work out I can promise you the pounds will start shredding off. I will keep you posted on my progress down to 185 and then I HOPE to get into some mma myself. Thanks for listening guys.
