Why in the world do I have to have a certain post count before I can pm someone? I tried to pm 2mgrath cause I know him from another site and it says my post count is to low.
Why why why?

because it keeps spammers from signing up, then pming every single person on the board with non-sense....hope you understand the need for this.

Yeah, people will sign up and send out spam PMs to active members. We had a problem with it in the past. I think it's like 10 posts.
