Shrede mode. Im looking to get shreded I have a pretty good diet but I have already done one cycle with it already. Im always looking to expand my knowledge. So any help would be awsome.

Nice, Im just looking to change it up a bit. These diets are hard enough because of the tasteless food, let alone the lack of. Besides I have noticed none of them work unless they are carb deprived so thaTS the only way ill go!

Lol it looks alright but A couple of things. 1 ,90 days is to long. and 2 i just need the diet I work out every day and have a plethera of workouts to do. 3 the diet cant be some tony little diet. It has to be a carb free variation of chicken ,chicken,and then chicken and a casine shake before bed. Im a bit of a exstremist

I use it, it lays out all meals etc and has a plan for each stage -

fat shredding, build up etc. It really is a good plan and routine.
