I just assumed that it was some joke that brvheart played, where he pretends to put up a picture, but because he's a ghost you can't see it... and he can't see a reflection in the mirror- wait, that's a vampire. But, I guess it turns out he just doesn't know how to add a pic?

In order to prove my geekiness I must ask: Do you have a favorite element (of the periodic table)? Or perhaps a favorite gene? How about do you have a live feed into the panda cage of the SD zoo as a widget on your compy so that you can take a look at pandas whenever you need a fix? Game, set, and match! ;)

Why thank you for my moment..... I'll cherish it. I had my workout w/ my personal trainer today. Told him about my decision to begin training in BJJ, he was supportive and we did a bunch of kicking and punching today- so it was very fun. He wants me to buy gloves so we can practice w/ a bag... I didn't realize until I went on amazon that there are different types of gloves....jeez... the decisions never end!

I think it's time for people to post some updated (or first time) pictures. Prophets studly photos yesterday got me thinking... I don't know what most of you look like. Although that's probably a good thing, I'm curious.

Here's a few recent ones. One is with my son who is now 7 months old. I was home for his birth, and home for a week over Xmas. So my wife has been a single parent for the most part, bless her heart! The Army ones are from some missions during my time in Kosovo. Good times. And of course, the token Karate picture.

Well here we go...not really many recent pics, but they're all within a year or two. The one of me as sub-zero was from this halloween. I made that costume from scratch....only issue was I decided to the day of the party and tried to make it in a couple of hours. That's also the closest to a fighting pic that I have so far :). The one of me looking like a complete moron holding a stack of beer cans is when I wizard staffed in first year...basically as soon as you finish a can of beer tape a fresh one on top. If your "staff" is taller than you by the end of the night, you're a wizard :). Gotta love stupid drunken games from first year Uni. The paper hat was because I was the first one to become a wizard there. Wooo.... :|

Also, last one is of my pets, just cuz I love em. Is there a pet thread? If not I should start one...

The only way ya'll are going to get a picture of me is if you take it yourself. I was even paranoid about posting pictures of my 4 month old son, but figured his appearance would change soon. A while back we had someone posting on the site who lived about 15 minutes away from me. He ended up being unstable, so that pretty much cinched my paranoia.

Ah you two suck.

But oh well. I do understand the paranoia. Really though, with facebook and everything else nowadays...my pictures are out there. I won't post my real name, address, or phone number on here. That really makes the difference I think. And all my facebook stuff is private except to friends. I don't like how privacy on the internet (at least using social networking) is becoming almost nonexistent.

I got a girlfriend right before locks of love that prefers me to keep it short now. So I'm having her grow her hair for me since she doesn't want me to grow it out anymore.

I did the Locks of Love thing, or something similar to it. about 10 years ago. My hair was below my butt. I started to notice at the tender age of 25 I was getting a receding hairline and I wasn't going to be "that guy".

Now...bald as a cue ball.

I agree with Seito on this one... if I ever start to lose my hair, I'm going bald. Bald looks much better than people trying to hang on to the last few hairs they have, in my opinion.

Oh My!!! That is taking the comb-over to the extreme.

I agree, when your hairline starts to recede it's better to either go completely bald or cutting it very short is another good option.
