gym closed here need help with a new gym in iowa to train at

hi everyone, i need some help here i just started back training and now the gym has closed.im from iowa and i was wondering if any of the iowa people in here can help me out. im looking for a gym to train at. if anyone from iowa can help out that would be great, i would drive an hour away to train.scott

The Des Moines Jiu Jitsu Academy is the only one I could recommend. They train Jiu Jitsu and Muay Tai. There are others, but I don't know enough about them to say how good or bad they are.


I don't know if it is feasible for you or not.... If you know a lot of guys that worked out at the gym that closed, maybe you guys can get something informal organized if anyone has a space big enough to practice in. I know a lot of guys do that.
