Matt Serra pulls the unanomos decision, but in the process Shonie catches him with that spinnnnning backfist or should I say elbow/forearm. But this time he did not drop as far to the floor as last time he regained his composure and kept going. Matt Serra said he wanted to return the favor of knocking out Shonie as he was 6 years ago, but didn't. He said he was happy with a decision. Shonie said he will be back stronger than ever. Do you think the UFC should or will give Shonie another fight???

I'm glad Serra won but I'm suprised he got caught with the backfist again.

Yea, but that darn thing came out of no where, just like last time. Matt did his dukin and weaven everytime, except when the fist finally came!

I thought the fight was pretty good but it was a little boring. No one was really able to assert themselves in the fight but I agreed with the decision.

I wanted Serra to punish Shonie, so bad. But like he said the points was an ok win. I dont know about another fight for Shonie. He is just an ok fighter to me. I am sure that if they asked he would say "yes". But it would not bother me at all...either way.

I just watched it a few days ago cuz my Tivo was screwed up for the first run. I thought it looked basically like the first fight, except Shonie didn't do AS WELL. I really thought Shonie was the better fighter in their first matchup, but this time it was Serra. It was a pretty close fight...but as usual Serra couldn't finish. Actually I think both these guys go to decisions way too often. But you'll have that I guess.

I wouldn't mind seeing Shonie back for another UFC fight in the future, just because he's a goofball and a crackhead doesn't mean he's not a good fighter. People bash his skill waaaaay too much for how good he is. He is a true fighter, look at his record and then look at Serra's....that should tell you something. Shonie is decent but he also needs to learn how to be a little more offensive. He's extremely gifted in the defensive department though.

the way he gets up off the ground is pretty good, and his overall defense was good. And his record stands for itself that is for sure.

I just dont like his attitude etc, at first it was hilarious...then I was just like...come on man...get with it. I am not sure that I would be able to live with him for all that time in the same house.
