If you are in a fight and the other guy shoots in on you, and goes to slam you. The first thing to always know is let him slam you. NEVER and I mean NEVER try to stop a slam by sticking out your arm. Both of you and his force is falling on that arm......

Wow...he looked like my old G.I. Joe figures I had when I was a kid... you know, with the arms all funky and the legs turned around the wrong way.

No, I think what he did was dislocate his elbow. So it just bent in the wrong direction. Much like a shoulder or jaw would dislocate.

o[Only registered and activated users can see links] there was another one like that in a wrestling match, when the guy threw the headlock and bent back like that. o[Only registered and activated users can see links] might as well just take the slam and go to your back...or use your elbow if anything
