well i have tried the beta for a couple hours now,and it is a pretty good game,cod4 imo is still an all around better game than this one.but like i say this one is worth picking up.it feels like cod3 but has all the features of cod4,such as challenges,perks which alot are from cod4,weapon unlocks,weapon add on's,barracks,prestige,3 kill streak for a radar,5 kill streak for artillery strike,and on this one at 7 kill streak you can call in a pack of dogs which are very annoying if they are looking for you.
the spawns are just plain terrible in the demo,many times i was spawned right in front of an enemy,and you have no chance when that happens,they carried the juggernaut to this one which i absolutely hate,seems it takes more to kill someone using it on this one than it did in cod4.you get two bolt action rifles in the demo which are under powered.you have a few different explosives in this one,the molotov cocktail is kinda underpowered has to be pretty much direct hit with it.hit detection on this one isnt to bad as far as the guns go.
the maps are small to medium in size,you get to try 3 in the beta,a couple are really dark,which i dont like dark maps,the only vehicle in the game is tanks,which are kinda hard to get rid of,i shot one with 2 rockets and didnt blow it,but there is a grenade on the game that will stick on the tank,which is pretty effective.i have unlocked a suppressor and a sight which is really like the red dot site from cod4,also it has the create a class from cod 4,but on this one you get 5 slots,but prestige will earn you more slots total up to 10.alot of the things in this game you will recognize from cod4,the lobby and all,looks pretty close to cod4.this game is pretty much cod4 again but sent back to WWII.i would give it an 8 out 10
if you have any questions about the game just ask,i may have forgotten a few things in my review,but overall its not to bad of a game,but i can see it getting old pretty quick because its so close to cod4 which i have played many many times
