DREAM 2010 tentative schedule & plans
DREAM has 7 events planned for 2010:
DREAM.13 - March 22
DREAM.14 - April
DREAM.15 - May
DREAM.16 - July
DREAM.17 - September
DREAM.18 - October
Dynamite!! 2010 - December 31
-A light heavyweight grand prix is expected to take place over a few events. I'm not sure exactly who will be in it besides Mousasi and Sokoudjou.
-It looks like the April or May event will take place in Korea
-A heavyweight champion will be crowned in 2010. Expect Overeem to be one of the fighters in that match.

Re: DREAM 2010 tentative schedule & plans
nice to see that they are planning on staying busy in the new year. I can't wait for some more DREAM shows even though I have to DL them and watch the next day all while avoiding any potentially spoiling news.

Overeem vs. Fedor for the Dream Hw Title? That would deffinitly be a way to make that fight happen without having it be in the states

It's sure looking like that is the only way it's going to happen. I'd still rather see it in Strikeforce, but my next choice would be DREAM.
I haven't heard any "DREAM is in trouble" news lately. I'm hoping that no news is good news. Putting out a tentative schedule is a good sign as well.

Re: DREAM 2010 tentative schedule & plans
^Word. Glad that we haven't been seeing those headlines either. Having more HW fights will definitely help with ratingsl. Even though Japan is full of lightweight talent, they still love to see those heavyweight battles. If I'm not mistaken, the highest rated MMA fight in Japanese history is still Bob Sapp vs. Akebono. lol

Oh STOP! I could have been perfectly happy living the rest of my life not knowing that Grabaka. j/k I believe it, just don't understand it. HW is my least favorite division to watch. I'll take a lightweight fight any day.

Re: DREAM 2010 tentative schedule & plans
^Same here. There are so few quality heavyweights anymore. Lightweights and light heavyweight is where it's at these days.
