James Toney: Pacquiao Is Not On Steroids, Floyd Is Scared To Fight!!!

"If he [Mayweather] could get through Pacquiao, he should be fighting him right now. My thing is this, Manny Pacquiao is not on steroids. Floyd is scared to fight this boy because the boy is just as fast as him," Toney would explain as he laughed at the accusations of Pacquiao using performance-enhancing drugs. "Everybody making all these excuses. And then you got Oscar bringing his *** into this, you know what I'm saying? Oscar got knocked out by him [Pacquiao]. Oscar should know he's not on steroids because he got bombed out by him a year ago."

In fact, Toney believes that if Manny Pacquiao isn't the only fighter that Mayweather should be scared to fight. "Shane's a hell of a fighter. He's big and he's strong. It's going to be a hell of a fight. That fight right there, that will test Floyd's mental and physical skills to the fullest tilt," Toney added. "We'll see what he's all about then. Right now, in my mind, the way Shane looked that last fight against Margarito a year ago, hey, Floyd got problems."

I like TOney's first line: These guys are trying to be like me. Sure they are bud. I'm sure they want to be three time steroid losers on top of being delusional and a loudmouth. I'm sure that's their goal. Please.

Part of me agrees with that, Mayweather seems to be looking for a good excuse to avoid a blemish on that perfect record...But if i was Pac-man i would have done the test, the pay day was huge. why would he not take the Olympic style testing...something tells me that Mayweather might actually have a case......trust me it hurts to say that, because i would love to see Mayweather get his clock cleaned...I said a that Mayweather would never take this fight, he proved me wrong he did take the fight he just did not want to do the fighting part,

Many, and his camp, have come out many times saying that A: Manny is not the biggest fan of needles around and B: That they believe drawing blood just prior to a fight is counterproductive for the human body. Manny did, however, agree to a blood test one month prior to the fight and immediately following the fight. I don't see where the mayweather camp has the right to tell their fighter's opponents that they need to do this or that in order to fight. Manny has never dropped positive and for PBF to insist on this type of testing for particular opponents is ridiculous. Pacquiao has been more than accommodating in my opinion. Floyd doesn't really want to fight manny, period.
